Maintenance Supervisor

Summit Ministries is currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor interested in living and working at Snow Wolf Lodge.  This is a permanent full-time position which comes with lots of benefits; both tangible and non-tangible.  The Maintenance Supervisor works alongside the Property Manager to ensure that retreat groups, interns, and Summit Semester students all find their time at Snow Wolf Lodge as a place of intentional retreat, positive reflection, and Godly worship.  

 

This position provides variety- truck driver, plumber, electrician, carpenter, mechanic, mentor, teacher, host, and cook are some of the roles the Maintenance Supervisor can play from day to day.  The work can often be challenging...the rewards greater.

Retreat Coordinator

Summit Ministries is looking for someone to build lasting relationships with our retreat groups; through ensuring all needs are met before, during, and after the groups' stay.  The Retreat Coordinator handles most administrative responsibilities with the retreat groups throughout the year.  

 

Such tasks will include writing and managing contracts, serving as a resource for any queries about Snow Wolf Lodge or the surrounding area, preparing for specific group needs, making beds, and sometimes meal prep and cooking for the groups.  For more information about the Retreat Coordinator position, please review the job description.
